A calm, confidential space just for you. It’s time to gently explore what’s on your mind, feel supported, and take small, meaningful steps toward healing and growth. Available in 25, 50 or 80 minute sessions.
$65 for 25 minutes, $130 for 50 minutes, $200 for 80 minutes.
Couples Therapy Session
Couples therapy provides a supportive and non-judgmental space for partners to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Available in 50 or 80 minute sessions.
$130 for 50 minutes, $200 for 80 minutes.
Family Therapy Session
Family therapy provides a supportive space for groups of two or more family members to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and work through challenges together. Sessions may include parents and children, siblings, or other family members. Available in 50 or 80 minute sessions.
$130 for 50 minutes, $200 for 80 minutes.
Case Consultation
Case consultation provides an opportunity for therapists, healthcare professionals, and other service providers to discuss client cases, explore treatment approaches, and receive clinical guidance. Sessions are booked in 30 minute increments and may be scheduled for single or ongoing consultations.
$40 per 30 minutes.
Letter of Attendance
A letter of attendance confirms that a client has attended therapy sessions. It typically includes the dates of attendance and verifies participation in treatment without disclosing personal or clinical information. Letters of attendance may be requested for employers, schools, legal matters, or other third parties and are provided with the client’s written consent.
$20 per letter.
Progress Report
A brief summary of a client’s participation in therapy and their progress toward treatment goals. It may include information about attendance, interventions used, current functioning, achievements, and recommendations. Progress reports are often required by physicians, insurance providers, schools, employers, or other healthcare professionals.
$100 per report.
